"Safe With The Shepard," is the sermon title for this coming Sunday. The sermon is based on John 10:11-18.
Emphasis points:
1. Our Good Shepherd cares for us.
2. Jesus is deeply involved in our daily needs.
3. He protects us from the evil forces that threaten to destroy us.
4. Remember Jesus Christ has died for you, He is your saving grace, He is Risen from the dead.
In Adult Class we begin three weeks of study on the teachings and practices of The Roman Catholic Church. This Sunday the main teachings of the church will be highlighted and contrasted with the beliefs of Evangelical Protestantism.
Review your Catholic Catechism and bring it to class with you.
If you have specific questions about the Catholic Church, bring them to class.
I will research your questions and seek to answer them in the following weeks.
Peace to you,
Ron
